A partnership between Rockport Center for the Arts and the Rockport Rotary Club, both cultural creativity and humanitarian collaboration are supported by the Rockport Film Festival. The RFF is not like all those big festivals with hectic schedules, multiple venues, sky-high admission and blocked-out hotel rates.
