| 8/6-8/7/10 | Paris, TX | Bluegrass Festival and Jam | Bands scheduled to perform include Hickory Hill, Salt Grass, High Strung and The Mack Smith Band. Also, Wildwood Valley Boys, Bonham Review, Bowls Creek, The Welch Mountain Boys and Blue River, accompanied by Amy Asbill Patrick. The hot weather during the 2008 festival prompted the SSRDA to construct a 4,800-square-foot shade in front of the stage. There will be food and drinks, but no alcohol will be allowed. |

Features an all-star lineup of Texas country and Red Dirt acts. Party in the Pines is a one day event with continuous music alternating between the two stages. The event will have a large beer garden encompassing at least 40,000 square feet of the park. Beer and wine will be available for purchase within this area. |
